In the case of bareboat rental, any damage to the boat will be deducted from the deposit.
In the case of bareboat rental, you will not be responsible for any damage caused by the driving of the boat, but you will be responsible for the use of the boat (damage to upholstery, clogging in the toilet...).
If we are unable to deliver the reserved boat to you due to a previous breakdown, you can exchange it for another one, charging or paying the price differences, provided that you agree. In case you are unable to deliver any boat or you are not convinced by the change, we will refund the amounts paid on account.
In the event that weather conditions do not allow the charter to take place on the booked date, the client will be entitled to a full refund or to reschedule the charter day. This will apply only for wind gusts of 25 knots or more and/or rain at the time of departure.
In the event that you decide to cancel the charter, the following refunds will be applied to the amounts paid on account as a confirmation of the rental (usually 50%):
75% refund: All bookings cancelled 14 days or more before departure
50% refund: All bookings cancelled between 14 and 7 days before departure.
No refund: All bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to departure.
Among the extras that you can add to your experience on board, we highlight water toys, such as water skiing, wakeboarding, seabob, sublue vapor or a paddle surf board. In addition, we also offer other extras such as no refueling, late check-out, or skipper service.
In the case of yacht charter without a skipper, a deposit must be left as a deposit to cover any possible damage that may be caused to the boat. This deposit is paid with a credit or debit card and is recovered once the rental is finished and it has been verified that the boat has not suffered any damage that can be attributed to the handling of the skipper or the passengers.
Not only can you, but it is an experience that we especially recommend. Most of the beach restaurants in Formentera are counted as the most popular and eating in them is usually one of the most memorable moments of the holiday due to the atmosphere and the quality of their menu.

All our boats include a selection of drinks: soft drinks (fanta, coke, nestea, aquarius...), beer and water. We also provide you with ice. We also offer the possibility of purchasing a bottle of Möet Chandon champagne and other Premium drinks to make your rental much more special.
As for food, the options are to go to a beach restaurant in Ibiza and Formentera that has a tender service (for which we will be happy to help you make a reservation), order a catering service on board, or bring your own food.
On most of our boats, fuel consumption is paid from full to full. This way you will know that you are not being scammed with consumption that you do not know where it comes from. Even so, there are customers who do not want to waste time queuing at the petrol station and choose our "no refuelling" extra (50 €). By choosing this extra, we will take care of refueling the boat you have rented for you and the cost of refueling plus the service will be deducted from the tank.
All our advertised prices include mooring, initial and final cleaning, taxes, towels, snorkeling equipment, soft drinks, beer and ice.
Prices do not include fuel consumption (from full to full, or per hour of consumption, depending on the boat) or skipper service, if you do not put it in the file.
The route usually depends on the wind direction.
If you blow from the East (the most usual), the recommended route is the west coast of Formentera (Espalmador, Illetas, Cala Sahona). You can also explore the west coast of Ibiza, from Salinas to Cala Conta, passing through beautiful places such as Cala Jondal, Cala D'Hort or Cala Tarida
If, on the other hand, the wind blows from the West, you can take the opportunity to visit lesser-known areas of the Formentera coast, such as Playas de Levante, Es Pujols or Es Caló. If you prefer to stay on the island of Ibiza, you can discover interesting coves such as Cala Llonga, Cala Martina or Aguas Blancas.
All our boats have moorings in Marina Ibiza (one of the most exclusive ports in the Mediterranean and where you can park your car practically next to the boat), which allows you to easily reach the wonderful waters of Formentera. You can visit Espalmador, Playa de Illetas (where there are very good restaurants and we can arrange a reservation for you), Cala Sahona. Another route that is worth it is the west coast of Ibiza: Salinas, Cala Jondal, Porroig, Cala D'Hort and the spectacular Es Vedrá...
The maximum number of people on board depends on the approval of each ship. This usually ranges from 7 passengers to 12. Please note that on some of our boats, if you add the skipper service, it subtracts one person on board. On other of our boats, such as the Maxim 44R or the Joker Clubman 28, up to a maximum of 12 passengers and the skipper can go.
To rent a boat with a skipper, you only need a valid ID card or passport.
To rent without a skipper, you will also have to present a valid boat license that allows you to take the boat you want to rent. If you have a non-Spanish title and you doubt if it is allowed in Spain, contact us and we will tell you if you can rent a boat with it.
